Reginald Fredrick Armstrong
Reginald Fredrick Armstrong was born August 20, 1920, in Toronto, Canada, and immigrated to Avon Township in 1940. Reginald enlisted in the U.S. Army on September 8, 1942, and was sent to the Mediterranean Theater for his time in the service.
Reginald returned to Rochester after his tour on February 13, 1946. He married his second wife, Nancy, in the late 1960s, and they raised their family. After the war, Reginald worked as a trophy salesperson and would eventually own Classic Trophies. Another passion he had was as a leader and mentor with the Canine 4-H Club.
Reginald Fredrick Armstrong died at the age of 85 on May 3, 2006.
