The Rochester-Avon Historical Society is a nonprofit organization that educates our community about local history to foster appreciation and preservation of our historical resources and pride of place.

There are many ways to be involved with the Rochester-Avon Historical Society: become a member, donate, or be a volunteer!

While being a member has the most benefits, we welcome all who would like to assist the society in preserving local history and educating history enthusiasts about our community. If you have talents in merchandising, marketing, sales, lecturing, event planning, or something else, we’d love to have you serve on a committee or donate time to assist at one of our events.

We have a need for all of the above. Welcome!
